Hosting ExhibitionsDo you want to Host an Exhibition?PSA grants recognition of USA and worldwide exhibitions that conform to PSA exhibition standards. Read the following to get a better idea of how the review process works and then check out the details which include important documents and follow-up required for each exhibition. After undergoing checks for accuracy and completeness, the Application, including the proposed Conditions of Entry, is submitted to the Exhibition Recognition Director (ERD) responsible for your submission.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY CHECKED
The ERD will check the Conditions of Entry to make sure they conform to PSA Exhibition Standards and that they also conform with the details on the rest of the Application Form.
PAYMENT IS REQUESTED
Once the ERD is satisfied, a link will be sent to the Chair requesting payment. If this payment is not made in full within 2 weeks, the application will fail. Upon receipt of payment, a Recognition Document will be sent to
the Exhibition, and the Exhibition's details will be published on the PSA website.
ErD FOLLOW-UP
The ERD will periodically check that the Exhibition Website conforms to the agreed Conditions of Entry and the Application Form. If they do not, the ERD will ask the Exhibition to correct the Website or the Application.
