Caught by the "photography bug" I joined two photography clubs in the Southern California Association of Camera Clubs: Photonaturalists and Poly Photo, and became active in both clubs and in SCACC. I currently am the SCACC Interclub Chair and secretary of Poly Photo Club.

My first year entering the San Diego County Fair I won two 4th Place Ribbons and went on from there to win first place ribbons in 2015 and 2016. In 2016 I also won Best of Show. In 2016 I won Interclub Image of the Year from SCACC and received an Honorable Mention for the same image in PSA Council Challenge last year.

Nature is my favorite subject, with my grandchildren coming in a close second.
