James is an enthusiast photographer who has his dad, an outstanding amateur photographer and PSA member, to thank for introducing him to the pursuit of capturing moments of awe and beauty in the landscape. New to competitive photography in 2019, James used his sabbatical from Intel Corporation, where he is an Information Technology Director, to learn and seek new photo opportunities.

James shoots with a DSLR and his drone, and is working in his spare time to develop his skills. While his deepest photographic passion is for landscapes, he also enjoys shooting sports, architecture, astro phenomena, pets, wildlife, and the occasional abandoned pickup truck.
