Charles Stricker grew up in rural central Missouri and always enjoyed the outdoors. "I became interested in photography in college and began by taking mainly landscape photos. I now enjoy primarily taking the reality based photos in ND, PTD and PJD. I love the challenge of capturing a great nature story or the peak action of a sporting event. My appreciation of imagery may have prompted my decision to spend my professional career as a diagnostic radiologist. I am now retired and enjoy spending time with my wife Linda, our daughters Sarah and Jennifer, and our dog Baylee."

Charles earned his PPSA, EPSA in 2021, MPSA in 2022, and MPSA2 in 2023.
