Real Feedback from Our Photography Community
The journey with Mike (instructor) has been truly wonderful. Although it was a long process, I completed the course with great satisfaction. Mike’s guidance and encouragement were invaluable, and his insightful comments boosted my confidence and inspired me to experiment more with my photography. Mike was always humble, prompt, and supportive, helping me in my endeavor to create meaningful images.
I appreciated the format and content of the Image Evaluation course. I found it enlightening and quite beneficial at this stage of my photographic journey. The insights and guidance of my instructor, Laszlo Podor, were invaluable. It would not have been nearly as effective for me as a self-serve online course.
The course content is filled with valuable detailed information that are hard to find from outside sources. I will keep it for reference.
The course notes contained much valuable and new information. I especially benefited from Lesson 4’s included step-by-step directions to follow with an included photograph. This lesson also included specific desired outcomes that could be reached by following the same steps I had just practiced, this time using my own photograph. Clear objectives/outcomes from the start are a must for any educational endeavor.
This was a good course. I hadn’t taken any photography classes before this one and was glad it took it. I did learn a lot by doing the exercises in the lessons. Thanks to PSA for having things like this out there.
Sharpen Your Skills with Support from Our Divisions
Divisions
PSA has six divisions. Each division has comprehensive definitions specific to each division.
Division Study groups are made up of photographers from all experience levels (beginner to pro) who share an interest in a particular type of photography, such as nature, macro, and/or creative.
A study group is a safe place to
get helpful feedback from other photographers and a great place to form lasting friendships.
